TERMS OF SERVICE (HOWS)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HOWS online store operated by Thermopatika Kft. (“HOWS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via https://hows-workstation.eu (the “Site”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Eligibility and account information
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout and to update it as needed.

3) Products and system approach
HOWS offers curated workstation packages and related products. Product content, exact models, and colors may vary slightly by availability, but we aim to keep each set consistent and matched. Product descriptions, photos, and presentation are for general reference and may differ slightly from delivered items.

4) Pricing, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site. Where applicable, taxes (including VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and relevant tax rules. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time (including after you submit an order). If a pricing correction affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

5) Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and/or when payment is successfully processed (depending on the payment method).

6) Payments
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.

7) Dispatch and delivery
We ship to the countries enabled in our markets and shipping settings. Estimated delivery timelines (including any “curated weekly dispatch”) are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout (or as otherwise required by applicable consumer law).

9) Warranty and consumer rights

17) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
